The Majesty

Into the rhythm
you have danced
with abandon,

a spring bouquet
choreographing the steps.

Into the heart
you have unknowingly wandered
don't turn back!
from the agony
it is, but another chamber
of the majesty.

A Symphony

Rain and roses,
sky's sorrow and soil's glory.

A symphony of spring.

A Harvest of Seeds

Fruit, cut open and cored,
seeds spill onto fertile soil under the sun.
I promise to water you. And,
I will pull the weeds!
Please, grow to your full potential, I pray.
And leave behind
a harvest of seeds,
for when you pass on,
they will be spread by birds.

Blossom

My petals feel
the warmth of the morning sun while
my stem sends a subtle message that rises up within me, so
I open.
Soon, a vulnerable blossom
and a cascade of mourning
as the petals drop
one by one
from the breeze of the window.

Beauty

What is beauty
if not freedom?
What is beauty
if not love?
As beauty unfolds,
breathe its fragrance,
it is medicine.

Embrace

Fallen leaves float on the river’s surface,
occasionally brushing corners or overlapping tips while being swept downstream.
Smooth river stones, companions in stillness under the current, nestled side by side, unturned at the bottom. Occasionally, they get tumbled by the current or a curious fish.
Immersing between the banks of the river, hearts and souls, they dance gracefully all the way to oceanic embrace. The swells and waves on the sea’s surface are of no concern down deep, where there is only the vast, and the open.
